A partner meeting was held in Schwerte, Germany on the 18th and 19th of September 2008.

The ProGUIDE project was presented at the Sight Village expo in Birmingham, England. Sight Village is a trade fair for aids for the blind and visually impaired.

A partner meeting was held in Stretham, Ely on the 29th and 30th of May 2008.

On the 14th and 15th of November 2007, a ProGUIDE project meeting was held in Espoo, Finland at the Arla Institute.

The Svefi Academy arranged a conference in Haparanda dealing with the possiblities that sound engineers in Sweden have today. The conference was arranged between the 19 and 21 October 2007 in cooperation with Swedish Association of Visually Impaired and the Labour Market Program. We presented the possibilities for the target group. During the conference the participants were informed about the ProGUIDE project and its results.

The ProGUIDE project was represented by many of the partners at the 2nd International Expert Meeting of the Visually Impaired in Uppsala, Sweden, 19-21 September 2007. The ProGUIDE project was presented by Stig Hedlund as one of the projects among the users, which can lead to a better situation on the labour market for the visually impaired in the working age. Our experience from the conference was very positive because of the fact that we have been able to discuss the issue with the other participants who can rely on the results of the ProGUIDE project. A lot of very interesting contacts were taken during the conference.

On the 23rd and 24th of May 2007, a ProGUIDE project meeting was held in Genk, Belgium at Studio Crescendo.
